A new series from yours truly is on the way and I’m so, SO excited for you to meet these characters. Fourteen of them to be exact! Each story is a journey and a look at what happens when vices meet virtues and sins are cured with love… in Love Is Cure at least. And we’re kicking the series off with PRIDE!

PRIDE will introduce you to Summer McKoy and Jayce Martin – two recent Langston University graduates competing in a law internship for the one available position at an elite law firm in NYC. Summer is from an affluent background and Jayce is not and this is where the fun happens.

This story is really dope and takes the idea of pride, a seven deadly sin, and breathes life into it, presenting it to you in character form.

The concept of the entire series is that love cures all. With every sin there is its opposite, a virtue. So I played matchmaker with the two just to see what happens when opposites attract 🥰. In PRIDE it is humility.

When I tell you I pored over every single detail in this series, believe me I did. So I am sure you at least won’t be able to put these books down.

All the books, as explained in the original Love Is Cure post, will be standalone so you can read them in whatever order you please. However, if you’re reading them as I release them, you’ll get a better feel for each story since they all tie together in some way.

Also, a lot of the characters that appear in the continued stories in my Forbidden Anthology (that is also in progress and close to complete) make appearances in books from the Love Is Cure series and vice versa. Since the original stories in the Forbidden anthology were inspired by a few sins (lust being a major one), the stories relate to those in LIC.

To say I can’t wait for y’all to read this series would be an understatement. The Love Is Cure series has been at least 2 years in the making so know that like my other stories in my catalogue, I have put my ALL into every page.
