Ray & Jay is the spinoff of my first Kindle Vella series, Cali & Lee. Near the end of the series, the series finale introduced us to Rayla’s – Calese’s best friend – ex-boyfriend Ajani. When that introduction happened, I asked Cali & Lee supporters if they would be interested in Rayla’s story, and they said yes.
