From the start of Leo Vanguardās journey in Raising Love, we could tell that the fatherhood sprung on him would be a shift that would take some time for him to accept. He wasnāt jumping at the chance to become a parental guardian to his best friendās son, and he showed that just as much as he said it. But in chapter 17, after all the moments of Leo pushing back on this new reality he had no say in, he finally accepted it and went running toward it instead of away from it, for once.
