Pryce Williams has shown his growth since Lust, at least in my opinion! We’ve seen him in a couple of stories since then, most notably Envy, where he proved he wasn’t the same Pryce we met in Meant to Be or Lust. And this alternate ending feels like his graduation into a Pryce we can’t help but love… and one who’s finally gotten the happily ever after he’s earned. Enjoy!

Singer Sade’s vocals playing from the portable speaker on the night table wrapped around the room as my eyes tracked Leelah. While I sat at the foot of our bed, she moved around the bedroom, spraying down the dresser top with wood spray, running the microfiber cloth over the surface. She’d cleaned that one area at least six times already, volleying between fixing the pillows on the bed and that dresser’s surface.
