This alternate ending has lived in my head rent-free since I typed the end of How to Lose Control in 42 Days. I wanted to offer it as a bonus story, but also wanted the ending of the story to breathe on its own, adding nothing to it. But now, with these alternate endings, I can deliver an update worth tapping in for. I hope you enjoy as much as I did writing it!
