The Turning Point: Simeon King’s Choice in Sloth
Readers had been wanting the answer to one question after meeting Eryn in her brother, Everett’s story, Gluttony… what happened to Eryn and Simeon. In his appearance in So This is Love, Simeon briefly mentions Eryn when speaking with Dallas but he doesn’t go into detail, but his words hinted that there was a story there, and Sloth revealed what that backstory was. From the moment Simeon and Eryn went from talking about each other to appearing on page together, we wanted to see these two back together but had no way of seeing how. So when Simeon arrived to the moment, when he realized he wanted Eryn to no longer be his ex or his girlfriend again, it shifted the story, and landed as Simeon’s ultimate turning point moment.
