Inside the Character: Getting to Know Jazmine Reeves in I Hate That I Love You
Jazmine Reeves was always going to be a challenge to write. I knew that the moment I finished her character summary. She’s an infectious personality and unforgettable from the instant she appears in Episode One of I Hate That I Love You. Loud in presence, bold in opinion, and fearless in conviction, Jazmine is the kind of woman who takes up space without apology. But beneath that tough exterior is a true sweetheart for the people she loves. She’s a lover before she’s a fighter… though make no mistake, Jazzy will roll up her sleeves and stand her ground when necessary. As one of the FMCs anchoring this sub–book world, Jazmine isn’t going anywhere. We’ll be seeing plenty more of her in the future.
